Corn Maze

An arrow-shaped sign that says “maze” pointing to a corn maze to the left
This way to the corn maze!

Now closed.

It appears to be the end for the corn maze and pumpkin patch.

Read more about the future at McNab's in this letter from Murray and Betty.

What days are you open? What are your hours?

We typically open the gates to the corn maze in early/mid-September, but it depends on the corn! Pumpkins are usually ready nearer the end of September. By the time October comes around, we're usually open 7 days a week.

With this in mind, it appears that McNab's will not be operating our corn maze nor pumpkin patch in 2024.

Find the Stations

There's more to do than just get lost in our corn maze – we've also hidden four stations somewhere inside. Every station has a unique theme and a hole-punch attached – you can hole-punch the matching symbols on your admission ticket as you find them. Can you find them all?

We want to help you stay healthy! That's why we've themed our corn maze stations with healthy-living reminders in support of the Live 5-2-1-0 awareness initiative.

Check out this news post to learn more, or visit the official Live 5-2-1-0 website.

So grab a healthy snack, unplug, and come play outside with us! Don’t forget to bring your water bottle and wear your gum boots!

Corn Maze FAQs

“Are the Corn Maze pathways paved?”

No, the pathways are not paved. When you're walking through the Corn Maze, you're walking through an honest-to-goodness field of corn! Remember to bring your boots if it's rained in that past day or two.

“Is the Corn Maze open year-round?”

No, the Corn Maze is only open during the fall, when the corn grows tall. We'll post the exact opening date on the Corn Maze page, but typically the maze is open from late August or early September through to the end of October.

“How tall are the corn stalks?”

Depending on the variety, weather conditions, and irrigation levels, corn stalks can grow to over 15 feet tall. The corn used for our Corn Maze grows to around 7 or 8 feet tall.
